Carmen Cady, M.Ed, MBA is the principal and owner of CDC Development Group.  She has earned two Master's degree, one in education and the other in business.  She is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Clinical Hypnotherapist, and a Neuro-Emotional Technique Practitioner. Furthermore, she has specializations in psychology and accounting.

Carmen has years of experience in service to others, helping numerous people to feel better and improve their circumstances.
