The Trim Life program, developed by Diane Zimberoff (wellness-institute.org) is designed to produce permanent, long lasting health changes that achieve weight loss goals.  It is a program that has been effectively used throughout the country, for many years.  The Trim Life program is a healthy lifestyle program that changes they way we eat, exercise, how we view ourselves and the world.  This program is not a diet program.  Diet programs set us up for failure.  In the Trim Life program we move away from diet mentality and toward a healthy lifestyle mentality.
